Three-C has offices in Massachusetts and Maine to serve the power industry in the Northeast. Our large staff is a unique team of professional engineers, power engineers, test technicians, industrial electricians, lineman, equipment operators, and cable splicers. Our technicians and engineers have years of experience with electrical testing, acceptance testing and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades and engineering services. We also recently expanded our in-house expertise to include the ability to offer Compliance and Regulatory Services.

Jim Cialdea, P.E. is Owner and President of Three-C Electrical. Jim is a Registered Professional Engineer, Licensed Master Electrician, Licensed Construction Supervisor and NETA Certified Test Technician Level III. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Option, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jim brings an inherent knowledge of the practical aspects of electrical power engineering with over 27 years experience managing and executing projects. He holds several volunteer positions including IEEE Power and Energy Society Boston Chapter Secretary, NETA Membership Review Committee Member, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Electrical Code Advisory Sub-Committee Member, and MECA Past President.

Alex Piccioli is Owner and COO of Three-C Electrical. With almost 30 years of power industry experience, he implements and regulates company policy and direction. Alex's primary area of expertise is in the design and construction of underground medium voltage voltage distribution systems. Alex holds a B.S. in Education from Boston State College and a M.S. in Education from Bridgewater State College. He is the Company Safety Officer, and holds a MA Construction Supervisor License, OSHA 30 Certification, OSHA 500 Construction Outreach Trainer, and Class 1B Hoisting License.

Scott Secrest, P.E., VP of Technical Business Development, has over 26 years experience with engineering projects in the generation, distribution, and plant utilization segments of the electrical power industry. System expertise extends from 120V-345kV for industrial facilities, generating plants and utilities. His capabilities include power system analysis and engineering studies, electrical system planning and design, protection and control system design, PLC programming, commissioning, testing and maintenance. Scott is a Registered Professional Engineer in MA, ME, CT, RI, NH, NY, NJ and GA. He is a NETA Certified Level III Test Technician. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Babu Patel, Senior Engineer, celebrates his 30th year with the company. Babu has performed field testing and maintenance on all types of Power Distribution Systems for industrial customers.  His current projects include studies for Short Circuit and Coordination, Power Factor, Harmonics, Load Profile and the maintenance, repair and testing of power systems equipment. He supervises technical services regarding Industrial, Generation, and Municipal power system equipment.  He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Birla Engineering College, Gujarat, India and is a NETA Certified Level III Test Technician.
