The History of 3C
3C Electrical Co. Inc. was founded in 1971 by three Cialdea brothers, Giulio, Angelo and Frederick, to service, install and maintain electrical power distribution equipment. As the power industry changed through the years, 3C evolved to better meet the needs of their clients.
Today, 3C has grown to almost 60 employees with office locations in Ashland, MA and Augusta, ME. The highly experienced team of test technicians, power system engineers and Registered Professional Engineers is led by owners James G. Cialdea, P.E., Chief Executive Officer, and Alexander R. Piccioli, Chief Operating Officer. Both Alex and Jim have worked for the company for 30 years and lend their expertise across all facets of the business.
Our mission is to provide safe and reliable power systems for our clients. Whether it be through an immediate response to an emergency situation, predictive and preventive testing and maintenance, or engineering power studies, we give clients an effective resolution to any power system needs. These are the principles we were founded on in 1971 and they remain our goal today.
3C's depth and breadth of its service abilities differentiates it from other testing and maintenance firms. In-house electrical power engineers and technicians can provide a rapid response to an emergency situation, as well as perform electrical testing, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. Our engineers provide comprehensive system studies, diagnose problems and provide recommendations.
